Terms of Service

1. The Service

toolkit.bot converts PDF files into EPUB3 format. You can upload a PDF, and we convert it into a reflowable EPUB3 ebook that works on Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books, Google Play Books and other EPUB readers.

By using toolkit.bot you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Free tier

The free tier provides a limited number of conversions per month and requires no account. We use an anonymous session marker to enforce the monthly free allowance; no personal data is required.

3. Pro subscription

Pro is a recurring subscription priced as displayed on the pricing page, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

• You authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal or by contacting us.
• When you cancel, access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. No partial refunds for early cancellation are given except under our refund policy.

4. Your content and responsibility

You are solely responsible for the PDFs you upload. Only convert documents you own or are otherwise authorised to convert. Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, or contains malware.

Uploaded files are processed in isolated temporary storage and deleted immediately after your download completes. We do not store, retain, or use your documents for any purpose other than performing the conversion you requested.

5. Output and availability

Conversion results depend on the source PDF (quality, fonts, scans). We make no guarantee that a particular document converts perfectly or remains error-free. The service is provided "as is" and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, toolkit.bot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost data, lost profits, or device damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where reasonable, by email to subscribed users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
